Description of Services
TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO provides design services to clients as a company. Our services include Graphic Design, Web Design, Branding, UI/UX Design and other related design services and Web & Application Development. We Also provides Cybersecurity solutions.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website and services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights, are the property of TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
We will keep all information that we receive from you confidential, and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law. In addition, we follow the extended GDPR guidelines. (SE/EU GDPR - 2016/679 | Accepted in the EU from May 25th, 2018.)
Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services we provide, as set forth in the project agreement. Payment terms and conditions will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project. We reserve the right to decline any commission or order at our discretion, without causing any harm to TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO. In case the customer does not pay the remaining fees, TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO will be entitled to pursue all available legal remedies to collect the outstanding amount.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
Termination
If you terminate the project or commission before completion, you will be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees or charges. TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO also reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, without liability, if the customer's behavior is not appropriate in any meaning.
Deposit and Contract
At the beginning of every order, we require a deposit and will provide a unique contract for you to accept before we begin working on the project.
Warranties and Representations
TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO represents and warrants that it has the necessary skills and expertise to provide the services described herein, and that it will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner. You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide us with any content, materials, or information necessary for us to provide the services described herein, and that such content, materials, and information do not infringe upon any third party rights.
Limitation of Liability
TELEKTRAN DESIGN STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, the website, or the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you in connection with the website or services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by you for such services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Stockholm, Sweden, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
